Below is our refund and membership policy outlining payment terms, commitment requirements, cancellations, and program expectations for all FrameByFrame development memberships.
Refund Policy
Due to the limited number of athletes accepted into each development program, all memberships and services are non-refundable once payment has been completed.
By enrolling in a FrameByFrame program, the athlete and/or parent acknowledges and agrees to the following:

All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.

Membership spots are reserved specifically for each athlete and limit additional enrollment availability.

No refunds will be issued for:

unused sessions
-
missed calls
-
unsubmitted film
-
partially completed months
-
early cancellation during the commitment period

If a player chooses to discontinue participation before the completion of the 3-month term, the remaining balance is still the responsibility of the client unless otherwise approved in writing.
FrameByFrame is committed to providing professional, personalized development and maintaining a limited client roster to ensure high-quality feedback and mentorship for all athletes.
Membership Policy
All FrameByFrame memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment and are billed monthly. Due to limited player availability, membership spots are reserved specifically for each athlete upon acceptance into the program.
Breakdowns are completed within a 48–72 hour turnaround time depending on scheduling and in-season travel. Membership includes reasonable communication access for development-related questions and feedback.
To maintain a high-quality and personalized experience, player spots are limited within each program tier.
